What we collect

Account details (name, e-mail, mobile), profile information (date of birth, gender, institution, sports), tournament applications, uploaded documents, payment status and certificates.

How we use it

To run your account, process tournament registrations and payments, publish results, issue and verify certificates, and send service notifications.

Who can see it

Organizers see the applications and documents submitted to their tournaments. Public pages show only organization profiles, tournaments and the minimum details needed to verify a certificate (name, registration number, tournament, award).

Payments

Card, UPI and net-banking details are handled by the payment gateway and are never stored on our servers.

Minors

Student profiles may belong to minors. Their data is visible only to the student, their institution/coach and tournament organizers they apply to.
