1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you register. Each person or organization may hold one account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

2. Tournaments

Tournaments are created and managed by their organizers. Khelo India Khelo provides the platform but the organizer is responsible for the event, its rules, schedule and prizes. Registration is subject to eligibility rules (age, gender, capacity) set by the organizer.

3. Fees and payments

Paid registrations are confirmed only after successful payment. Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway; the platform does not store card details. See the Refund Policy for refunds.

4. Certificates

Certificates are issued by authorised organizers. A certificate may be revoked if issued in error or obtained through false information.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the platform, submit false documents, attempt to access other users' data or interfere with the service.
